A First Look at Our New SchoolTool Online Registration Module (Now in Beta)

Registration should not require families to re-enter the same household information for every student — and it shouldn’t create unnecessary cleanup work for district staff.

That’s why we’re developing SchoolTool’s Online Registration, a new module designed to simplify how student and household information is collected and managed within SchoolTool.

Note: SchoolTool Online Registration is currently in beta and under continued development. It is not yet generally available.

Developed as Part of SchoolTool

Online Registration is being built as an integrated component of SchoolTool, not as a disconnected external platform.

When available, districts can expect:

• Registration data flowing directly into SchoolTool
• Administrative review processes aligned with existing workflows
• Consistency across student records
• Support for districts serving diverse family populations, including design considerations intended to support multilingual registration needs 

Keeping registration within the same system helps reduce handoffs, manual imports, and fragmented data.

Currently in Beta

SchoolTool Online Registration remains in beta and under active development.

During this phase, we are continuing to refine functionality, enhance usability, and ensure alignment with the broader SchoolTool ecosystem before broader release.
