Your Feedback, Our Progress: SchoolTool Sales Team Hits the Road

Our SchoolTool Sales Team has been actively engaging with educators and administrators across the state, showcasing our student management system designed specifically for the needs of New York State schools. In March alone, our team attended three key events: NYSCOSS, DATAG, and ASSET. These conferences not only provide us with valuable opportunities to connect with our customers but also serve as platforms for gathering crucial feedback to drive our roadmap and maintain our status as the #1 SMS in New York State. 

Positive Feedback Amplifies SchoolTool's Success 

One standout aspect from these conferences was the overwhelmingly positive feedback we received regarding SchoolTool's gradebook and analytics features. We have made significant strides and investments in our product to ensure it is well-equipped for the future. This progress would not have been possible without the support of our trusted allies collaborating with us along the way.

Revamped Appearance 

One key aspect that sparked excitement among educators was the revamped appearance of the gradebook. We're proud of our progress and are eager to keep moving forward!

Color Coding for Efficiency

Additional feedback we received at the conferences was regarding the introduction of color coding for assignments and categories. This not only streamlined data organization but also added a visually appealing dimension to the interface, making it more user-friendly and efficient. 

Integration of Student Photos 

Furthermore, we also received positive feedback about the integration of student photos into the gradebook! In the past, the gradebook did not have pictures associated with names. Educators can easily use their class roster to identify students and create a more personalized and engaging learning environment right from the start of the school year. 

Rolling out SchoolTool Advanced Analytics 

During the conferences, we discussed SchoolTool's upcoming initiatives and updates to our product roadmap. Attendees were particularly excited about features such as comparison dashboards and customizable analytics. Our advanced analytics will provide deeper insights into student performance trends, helping identify areas for improvement and enabling data-driven decisions to enhance overall educational outcomes.
