Teachers can now easily navigate between the new Grade Book and the legacy Attendance screen. Previously, teachers had to exit the gradebook to select the attendance icon. Now, a single-click option allows direct access, simplifying navigation.
We've added functionality that allows alternately enrolled students to be scheduled using the Student Schedule Builder (SSB). The Student Schedule Builder (SSB) now accommodates alternately enrolled students, allowing them to be scheduled automatically instead of manually. Previously, only students with regular enrollments were scheduled using the SSB. Now, if a student has an alternate enrollment, the SSB will generate their schedule accordingly. For instance, if you need to schedule an advanced 8th grader enrolled in the Middle School for a High School class, you can create an alternate High School enrollment for them, and the SSB will handle their scheduling.
