As part of normal growth, Ironhorse’s AWS footprint expanded over time. Resources such as Amazon Machine Images (AMIs), EBS snapshots, and backup assets accumulated as systems evolved and changed.

Mindex led a structured evaluation of Ironhorse’s AWS environment, identifying opportunities to improve storage efficiency, enhance visibility, and modernize backup and retention processes.
Mindex conducted a comprehensive review of Ironhorse’s AWS environment to identify storage no longer tied to active workloads.
Resource Validation and CleanupEach resource was validated before removal. Unused AMIs and EBS snapshots were eliminated to reduce unnecessary storage usage.
Improved Visibility and OrganizationWith outdated assets removed, Ironhorse gained clearer visibility into active infrastructure and a more organized environment.
