Regional Information Centers (RICs)

Supporting School Districts Across New York State

The Regional Information Centers (RICs) are technology service organizations operating within New York's BOCES system. There are 12 Regional Information Centers throughout New York State that provide technology leadership, data services, student information system support, cybersecurity services, and procurement assistance to public and private schools. These organizations collectively support the vast majority of New York public and private schools and help schools implement and support educational technology solutions.

Mindex works with Regional Information Centers across New York to help districts access, implement, and support solutions such as SchoolTool and all other Mindex products through established regional service relationships.
