Is there a cost to attend?

The All-District Conference is free of charge to attend; however, attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses.

Are meals included?

• Day 1: Includes lunch and a Mindex-hosted evening event at Whitman Brewing with dinner and drinks provided.
• Day 2: Includes breakfast and lunch

Will Mindex book hotel rooms?

No, Mindex will not be booking hotel rooms for attendees this year. A block of rooms is reserved at the Hilton for both Sunday and Monday nights (March 8 and 9 ). Attendees can use the hotel booking link provided in their registration confirmation email to reserve their own room.

Is a shuttle provided?

• No, Mindex will not be providing a shuttle for any off-site activities this year.
• The evening event is conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from the Hilton.

What is the conference agenda?

• Mindex is finalizing the session agenda, which will feature both district and RIC-focused sessions covering:
  • SchoolTool
  • Advanced Analytics
  • ClearTrack
  • MTSS Edge
• Session formats will include a Keynote, Roadmaps, Authoring, BOCES sessions, Feature Previews, Feedback sessions, Training sessions, and more!

Who should attend?

• We encourage participation from:
  • District Technology Directors
  • Assistant Superintendents of Curriculum
  • Special Education Chairs
  • SchoolTool Administrators/Leads
  • Product Support Staff for SchoolTool, ClearTrack, Advanced Analytics and/or MTSS Edge
• We do not encourage registration from Teachers, Counselors, Registrars, or other faculty roles.
