Mindex helped SportsBiz develop a functional AI-powered MVP 5× faster than a traditional development approach, enabling the team to quickly demonstrate and evaluate its product concept. By combining AI-accelerated software development with experienced engineering, Mindex transformed SportsBiz’s vision for AI-powered marketing asset review into a working application.

The Opportunity:

SportsBiz wanted to simplify how brands and event organizers review marketing assets against sponsorship and branding requirements.

The team envisioned a platform that could use AI to understand requirements within sponsorship agreements, compare marketing assets against those requirements, and identify potential issues before content was published.

SportsBiz partnered with Mindex to turn this concept into a working MVP that could demonstrate how AI could support the review and approval process.

The Solution

Mindex designed and developed an AI-powered web application for SportsBiz using AI-accelerated software development and experienced engineering.

Engineers used Anthropic Claude and Claude Opus through AWS Bedrock to accelerate application development, while applying engineering judgment across the application’s architecture, business logic, testing, and implementation. Claude Opus also powers the AI capabilities within the application, supporting document processing and the extraction of relevant sponsorship and branding requirements.

The application was built using a modern React and Python technology stack, with Databricks and AWS services supporting the solution.

The MVP Included:
•    Brand and property management to organize sponsorship relationships
•    Secure authentication and permissions to manage user access
•    AI-powered contract analysis to extract relevant sponsorship requirements
•    Marketing asset uploads for submitting content for review
•    Automated compliance reviews to identify potential issues
•    Manual approval workflows for human review and decision-making
•    Administrative dashboards for platform management
•    User and permission management for different roles
