Currently we are looking for multiple engineers who will be challenged with testing major releases of bleeding edge software for a Fortune 500 client of Mindex’s. The position is very technically challenging and robust. Position Title: SDET - Software Design Engineer in Test Duties: • Write and execute comprehensive Test Plans • Write and execute test scripts • Assist Development Team with IT related tasks • Support the IT needs of the team in establishing performance metrics • Work alongside software Developers to maximize efficiency and quality and eliminate errors. • Participate in technical evaluations as a member of a project team.

Skills: • Solid communication skills, written & verbal. • Effective communication with peers and ability to multitask and work in a team environment with a "can-do" attitude. • Strong knowledge of database applications (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access) • Knowledge of Windows operating systems • Knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) • Basic programming skills. Knowledge of C# is desired but not required • Experience with Unit testing is desired but not required • General networking skills Experience: • Minimum: Ability to demonstrate knowledge / experience in stress/load testing web applications • Minimum: 3 years working in a software development group • Minimum: Ability to work within an established timeframe to complete projects.
