Web developers are responsible for creating web based tools and applications that will work with multiple business processing platforms in a fast paced development environment. A web developer may take part in the initial conception of a design effort, meeting with the peers to discuss ideas for the work breakdown and organization of progressive and forward thinking technologies.

• Using the latest web programming languages and technology will write code, complete programming, perform testing, and debugging of applications.
• Assists in the enforcement of development deadlines and schedules. Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Create prototypes for client engagements.
• Work alongside software Testers to maximize efficiency and quality and eliminate errors.
• Interface with software platform team members and participate in project team evaluations for software enhancements, bug fixes, & future development projects.
• Provide training to various organizational teams as needed on multiple software platforms, develop and support complex multi-user software information systems.

• Understands technical and functional design requirements and will assist in the design of both physical and logical designs.
• Prior experience with HTML, XML, Java Scripting, C#.NET, ASP.NET, .NET 2.0 Framework, VSS, and/or Cache Objects. Knowledge of IIS - Internet Information Services is helpful.
• Strong support experience with current Microsoft technologies and the integration with third party components using .NET Framework.
• Familiar with database architectures and technology specifically SQL Server 2000-05, Query Analyzer, basic configuration management for SQL Server services. A demonstrated understanding of object oriented relational databases.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal as well as the ability to multitask and maintain effective communication in difficult situations. Willingness to work in a team environment while continually striving for success and excellence.
